Philosophy
Arul & Associates takes a disciplined approach to perform our work efficiently and effectively. Clients have qualified staff handling their business operations while benefiting from the reduced cost and overhead. Routine work is normally processed off-site using our secure, cloud based software. This enables everyone to have access to the same information on a real time basis without requiring the physical transfer of data, documents, and reports.
For larger clients, a bookkeeper or IT technician will be on-site during set hours each week to handle incoming bills, file documents, process transactions, clear help desk queries, and answer inquiries. A CFO/Controller or CIO is always available and can be on-site during set hours each week to handle regularly scheduled activities such as attending management meetings.
Fees
We understand that small businesses need to closely monitor costs and don’t want our clients to feel like they will be charged for every phone call or email. After your initial setup and transition period, we will quote a set monthly fee to handle your specific requirements – you’ll always know your costs in advance without any surprise fee billings. With Arul & Associates, we alleviate the problem of paying by the hour for inefficient outsourced work. We’re sure that you’ll be pleased with the value of our comprehensive services.
For special projects, we will work closely with the appropriate personnel to scope out the project in advance and quote a fixed fee for the assignment. For projects which are not well defined, or for clients who prefer to pay hourly, we will switch to a traditional hourly fee. Our goal, as always, is to ensure that your money is invested in services which add value to your business in the long run.
